To successfully complete this appointment, we’ll need a valid ID acceptable to the State of California:

Driver's License or ID Card issued by the State of California
US Passport or Passport Card
OTHER FORMS OF ACCEPTABLE ID
ID Card issued by any State in the U.S.
Voter ID issued by any State in the U.S.
Tribal ID
Military ID
Driver's License issued in Canada or Mexico
Foreign Passport
California State ID Badge
Not Accepted:
Birth certificates
Social Security cards
Work badges without a state seal
